Remember back in the day, I'm thinking 2001/2002, when you could head to the back section of Aritzia and shop the non tracksuit section. The cool on trend fashion section. Ever wonder what happened to it?

Well, FINALLY the trend setting minds behind the concept of Aritzia have realized that the original Aritzia target consumer has graduated to a more upscale appearance and was demanding the 'back section' back!! With that demand the new Aritzia Base Boutique was born and its first location is on Robson Street.

The writers at Vitamin V have labeled Aritzia Base as "Aritzia's hip older sister", and this reference hits the mark. The sophisticated minds behind Aritzia Base have done a fabulous job sourcing on trend/forward fashions and targeting them to the late 20 to 30 something demographic. Fabulous items that you can put your own rendition on and walk out feeling like you won't look like anyone else on the strip.

Note: We all still love the comfort of the Aritzia hoodies/sweats...we just stopped wearing them out and started wearing them to bed.
Aritzia Base has become one of the places you 'must shop' in Vancouver. Look for one popping up in a city near you!
