This past long weekend was perfect!
I was so fortunate to spend it entirely with my husband. Who, by the way, worked so hard to ensure that the objective of the entire weekend was to celebrate my birthday for all 3 days, bask in the sun and enjoy our city.
We started each day with a 'birthday' cupcake for breakfast, went to our favorite cafe (Picnic) for Lattes and Americanos. Caught up with the style section in the NY times, rented cruiser bikes and rode along Stanley Park.
We did lunch at Steveston Village, scoped out the art, flea & farmers markets, did a little shop in our neighborhood, had dinner at the beach, cruised our favorite neighborhoods in search of new cafes and enjoyed some vino and magazines on our newly decorated patio.
This long weekend and birthday was perfect! Thank you D, for making it so special-you rock!
